We've returned from Ann Arbor, MI and would like to thank our Ann Arbor hosts (check out www.nocommentweb.com ) for an awesome time!  All the teams were amazing to hear and see and meet and hang out with!  Teams came from all over the country (including San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Chico, Pittsburg, NYC, Atlanta and from all over Michigan).  The poetry and performance was powerful!  The poets were talented and oh so supportive!  The Neutral Zone is sweet! 

Ann Arbor is a happening place and we can't say enough good things about the Hayes family (you guys are wonderful!!) who took the CT 9 (as in nine folks) into their home for 4 days and made us feel right at ease!  And "woof, woof" to Rufus!

The CT team 2002 was a pleasure to coach and travel with.  They did excellent in the overall standings (the best ever!) and as their coach, made me proud (more than points ever would have) when told (several times) that the young poets from CT were a most supportive and friendly team!  I am still smiling...

Next year - Chicago here we come!!!
